Program-Only
The Program-Only option is recommended for those who have gone through at least three months of live virtual or in-person training. This is because I like to know how my clients move through their exercises/workouts, and so that I can get to know you more as an individual before throwing you into a brand new program. With the Program-only option, you get all of your workouts (2-5 workouts/week, depending on your goal/availability) sent via Google Sheets or a similar platform. Each workout progresses week-to-week, and includes an example video for each exercise as needed. We’ll have weekly check-ins via email, and I’ll be critiquing your form etc. as needed via recorded videos you send me. Scroll down for more details.
What’s included with Programming-Only:
Your own custom program, including full workouts detailing reps, sets, tempo, coaching cues, and exercise videos via Google Sheets or similar platform
Form/other critiques via videos you send me. I may request these videos at times, and you may ask for my feedback whenever necessary.
6-month game-plan with long-term, monthly, and weekly goals and assignments
Weekly check-ins via email
Monthly Coaching Calls via Zoom/Facetime/other or phone to review progress, discuss strengths and challenges, create new goals, etc.
Accountability and access to me via text and/or email every day for questions, concerns, etc.
Nutrition support and advice, plus educational content to support your understanding and enjoyment while making sustainable changes.

Who should consider choosing Program-Only?
Those with at least some experience in the gym, who are comfortable with basic exercise form and terminology.
Those who have spent some time working out, but have not seen progress with their own workouts.
Those who like working out alone/without a trainer, but need accountability, knowledge, and guidance from a trainer.
