Live Virtual Training

Live Virtual Training is for everyone from true beginners to seasoned vets. As a beginner, it is essential that I can see your form, tempo, intensity, breathe, etc. to make sure that you’re getting the most out of your efforts, and that you’re doing so in a safe way to prevent injury. Virtual sessions last one hour, and are conducted through the video platform that is most convenient for both of us (Facetime, Facebook video, etc.).

What’s included in Live Virtual Training?

  • 1-5 one-hour virtual training sessions per week

  • Daily access to me via text/email for questions/concerns

  • Cardio homework, if applicable

  • Stretching/mobility homework, if applicable

  • Nutrition guidance and education

Who should consider signing up for Virtual Personal Training?

  • Beginners who have limited experience with lifting/working out

  • Those who have not seen progress with their own workouts

  • Anyone who needs real-time motivation to get through their last set

  • 6 Sessions: $750 ($125/session)

    12 Sessions: $1,440 ($120/session)

    24 Sessions: $2,760 ($115/session)

  • 1 session/week: $125

    2 sessions/week: $240

    3 sessions/week: $345
