In-Person Training

In-Person Training is for those who live in NYC (or anyone who’s willing to come to NYC). My gym is located in the Upper West Side. With in-person training, you’ll be able to train in my gym for the duration of the 1-hour session. Much like virtual training, in-person training is for everyone from true beginners to experienced lifters.

What’s included in In-Person Training?

  • 1-5 one-hour virtual training sessions per week

  • Daily access to me via text/email for questions/concerns

  • Cardio homework, if applicable

  • Stretching/mobility homework, if applicable

  • Nutrition guidance and education

Who should consider doing In-Person Training?

  • Anyone who can get to NYC upper west side

  • Those who don’t have access to a gym or equipment

  • Those who need real-time accountability and encouragement

  • 6 Sessions: $780 ($130/session)

    12 Sessions: $1,500 ($125/session)

    24 Sessions: $2,880 ($120/session)

  • 1/week: $130, billed weekly

    2/week: $250, billed weekly

    3/week: $360, billed weekly
