Jasmin Fowler-Puja (she/her)

Jasmin is a mom of 9-month old twin boys, and specializes in pre/postnatal fitness. She has helped countless women build strength and confidence, and feel more empowered through fitness. Her philosophy emphasizes a gentle yet powerful approach, which has helped women across the country to develop skills and practices that have helped them reconnect with themselves, maintain a healthy lifestyle, and truly be the best and most empowered versions of themselves.

This program is for prenatal and postpartum women who have zero to years of experience in the gym, whether this is your first time being pregnant or you’ve had a dozen children. If you’re pregnant or recently had a baby, and you’re feeling a little lost in your own body… this is for you. Let’s get you feeling strong, energized, and like you again.

Why online training?

Online training is all about convenience and flexibility. Because everything is online, you can train anywhere and anytime. You’ll have the ability to access your workouts whenever you need to. Whether you’re in your home, at the gym, in a hotel overseas, or out in the wilderness, you’ll be able to access all of the information you need. This includes the actual workouts, demonstration videos and cues for every exercise, and my personal contact information so that you can ask me questions any time. With everything you need online, you’ll stay on track and continue seeing progress as you work through your program, even if you’re overseas, and even if you don’t have time to make that commute to the gym.
